1. Confirma la procedencia y el objetivo de la llamada y desconfía si se identifican como Asesoría Energética o tu Distribuidora.
2. Cualquier cambio regulatorio será comunicado siempre por escrito y con antelación suficiente.
3. Duda si el agente usa un tono amenazante para conseguir que des tu consentimiento para firmar el cambio.
